The M-30 is, in parts, under complete reconstruction as they widen and extend the transport system, including train and underground crossovers, to accommodate a rapidly growing city.

The larger of the pictures below shows the works close to Estadio Calderon (top left of pic) where Atletico Madrid play. You can see the Manzanares River winding through the middle as well.
