Where the roads cross at C/ Serrano and C/ Ortega y Gasset there is the end of a motorway overpass that stretches over Paseo de la Castellana. Underneath this the City has made what could be a horrible concrete dead space into an open air sculpture park. Only four pieces are shown below but there are many more for inspection. Skateboarders also congregate here for the concrete ramps and flat spaces.
